We have for many years held a yearly prayer walk around the churches in Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea, this year it has been split into two walks, the Rhos on Sea walk will be held in November.
‘Thank you to everyone who made it to the Cytûn Prayer walk around Colwyn Bay yesterday and thank you to Kathryn Powell, from Princess Drive Baptist church for providing the resources.
The weather was perfect, and we were glad of the benches outside PDBC and St Joseph’s to rest (see attached photos). We prayed at each of the active churches in Colwyn Bay including the ones not part of Cytûn.
We sat in Queen’s Gardens for a while and prayed for the parks, the schools, the council, the nursing homes, the businesses, the legal professions, and the medical services in the town. We finished up @20 Station Road,the outreach centre for Antioch church in Colwyn Bay, for refreshments and prayed for the local community, Theatr Colwyn and the Quakers who meet at the Fron Community centre in Colwyn Bay.’
